Login changes: As of July 2024, e-mails concerning your voyage includes a link you can click to access your booking. If your booking was made before this change, you can access your booking by clicking "login" and input your username and password here. If you have not created a user, please contact customer service for assistance.

My booking

To access and manage your booking, please follow the instructions listed in your booking confirmation e-mail. If you have lost your confirmation or need additional assistance, don't hesitate to contact our customer service center.

Payment information

Important: All payments require 3D Secure Authentication to prevent fraud. Make sure 3D Secure is enabled on the card used for payment of your voyage. If payment fails, contact your card issuer. We accept VISA, AMEX and MasterCard. Please confirm your payment from the email received from us.

Itinerary

We issue a general itinerary that covers our entire range of voyages which you can download by clicking the link below. Some details may not be relevant to your particular voyage, especially if it involves port-to-port travel (see FAQ). The itinerary is updated regularly, but be mindful of possible discrepancies as changes might occur between updates.
