Wearing a specially designed survival suit, you will stay warm, dry, and comfortable throughout the experience. After the activity, you will have time to explore Tromsø city centre on your own.

Just a 10-minute walk from the cruise pier, the experience begins at Vervet. After a safety briefing, you will put on a specially designed survival suit that keeps you warm, dry, and buoyant. From there, you will head out into the Tromsø Sound, where you can relax and float comfortably on the water's surface.

As you drift quietly in the water, you can enjoy views of the Arctic Cathedral and Fjellheisen, Tromsø’s iconic cable car. The insulated suit makes the experience comfortable even in cold water, allowing you to relax and take in your surroundings at your own pace. No swimming skills or previous experience are required.

Arctic floating is an activity that can be enjoyed throughout the year. Each season offers its own atmosphere – from snow-covered winter landscapes and crisp Arctic air to bright summer days.

After the floating experience, you will have time to explore Tromsø city centre on your own. Take a stroll through the streets, visit local shops and cafés, or simply enjoy the atmosphere of the Arctic capital before returning to your ship.
