What is included in the price?

Full board is included with every packaged voyage (not port to port) — breakfast, lunch and dinner served at set times in the main restaurant, with coffee and tea included at every meal and juice and milk included at breakfast. Your voyage also includes free Wi-Fi and a TV in your cabin, along with free use of public facilities such as the fitness rooms on deck 7 and the sauna and jacuzzi on deck 8.

What fare options are available?

How do I pay my voyage when I book online?

When you book online, you can pay via credit card. We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro. During the payment process, the lead passenger's name will appear in the payer field. You cannot change the name at this point, but you will have the opportunity to do so in the next step when entering the credit card details. To proceed to the step where you enter the credit card details, you must check the required boxes before you can proceed to payment.

How do I get the confirmation of my booking?

As soon as your booking is confirmed, you'll receive all the necessary travel documents by email, along with a link to access and manage your reservation. If you'd like a paper copy of your trip details and ticket, you're welcome to print them for check-in and boarding.

When should I book?

Accepted Answer

Book as soon as you can. This allows you to travel according to your preferences and often at a lower cost if you reserve early. Our short voyages can be booked when there are fewer than 9 to 6 months remaining until departure, depending on the specific voyage and season. For port-to-port travels, reservations can be made no more than six months before sailing date.

Can I book connecting flights or trains through Havila Voyages?

Not yet, unfortunately. If you book through a travel agency, they can arrange your connecting travel so that you arrive with Havila Voyages as smoothly as possible.

How do I access my booking?

Accepted Answer

You'll receive a link by email after booking that lets you access and manage your reservation. If you've lost this link, please contact our customer service centre. You can also find your booking via MyVoyage by logging in with your booking reference, email address, and last name.

Can I change my voyage?

Accepted Answer

Access to make changes in terms of reservation details depends on your ticket's fare category. Different fare categories offer different levels of flexibility for changes.  Saver (lowest available fare) is non-changeable and non-refundable. Flex (flexibile fare) is both changeable and refundable. For full details, please see our terms and conditions. Changes like adding excursions and other enhancements to your booked voyage can be done via MyVoyage for all fare types but are subject to availability and general terms and conditions.

Yes, if there's spare capacity, you can upgrade your cabin at any moment by contacting customer service centre, or check with our on board staff once you are on board.
